Come Back to Your Body.

Grounded, intuitive bodywork that supports reconnection and relief.

We live in a world that constantly pulls us outward. The body is always quietly asking us to come back.

Back to the Body is a place to slow down and feel supported through intentional, skillful touch. My work is grounded and responsive, guided by what your body is asking for in the moment.

I work with people who are holding a lot, both physically and mentally. Sometimes that shows up as pain or long-held tension. Other times it’s stress, restlessness, or feeling disconnected from your body. Often, it’s a mix of everything.

You don’t need to arrive relaxed. We’ll start where you are.

Intuitive Therapeutic Session

Each session is tailored to what your body needs that day. I blend deep tissue and therapeutic massage with slower, nervous system aware work, adjusting pressure and pace as your body responds.

Sessions may include focused work on areas of tension, longer holds, or more spacious, settling touch—always with the intention of supporting release without overwhelming.

Sessions are collaborative, unhurried, and shaped by ongoing listening.

My Journey Back to the Body

A woman with curly red hair wearing heart-shaped sunglasses, large earrings, and layered necklaces, sitting on an orange leather couch, laughing and dressed in a colorful, patterned off-the-shoulder top and rust-colored velvet pants.

For a long time, I lived mostly from the neck up. I was driven, active, and disconnected from what my body was trying to tell me. I didn’t realize how much I was relying on effort and autopilot instead of awareness and listening.

Through movement, dance, plant medicine, and bodywork, I began to reconnect with my body in a deeper way. I’m still learning how to come back home to my own body, again and again, and that ongoing practice shapes how I show up in this work.

Massage grew naturally out of that process. It’s a way of listening with my hands and supporting the body’s ability to regulate, soften, and find balance.

My approach is grounded, responsive, and always evolving. Each session is an ongoing conversation between your body, your nervous system, and the moment you’re in. I’m here to offer a steady, supportive space where you can slow down, feel held, and reconnect with yourself from the inside out.
