My Journey Back to the Body
Movement has always been part of my life. As a competitive tennis player, I learned early on how responsive and capable the body is and how quickly tension, stress, and overuse can build when we’re always pushing. What I didn’t understand at the time was how disconnected I was from my body, or how much I was operating from force rather than attunement.
It wasn’t until later, through working with plant medicine, dancing and becoming a bodyworker that I felt the depth of awareness and sensitivity I have. Reconnecting me with my body and listening to myself in a way that I never had when I was training and competing.
That understanding now shapes my work as a massage therapist. My sessions are grounded, intuitive, and responsive, blending deep tissue and therapeutic massage with nervous-system awareness, presence, and breath.
My own embodiment practice continues to evolve through movement, yoga, and ongoing learning. Each session is a collaboration — an invitation to soften, tune in, and come back into your body in a way that feels supportive, human, and real.
